The US Xbox Team is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own, drive and market the Xbox Live (including Gold subscriptions, gift cards and digital games content) and Game Pass businesses in the US. In this role, you will forecast, manage, monitor and report on each of these subscription businesses, in addition to developing and executing marketing plans to help maximize business results. We are seeking an individual who has business management expertise, as well as substantial experience in Go-To-Market planning and execution and influence-led leadership and collaboration skills to drive impact and results. This position is a great opportunity for a candidate who has both consumer and retail marketing experience.
Develop plans to drive brand affinity, awareness, acquisition and attach of Xbox Live (Gold subscriptions, gift cards and digital games content) and Game Pass
Develop GTM and evergreen marketing plans for LIVE and Game Pass in the US
Drive results in a complex business, multi-stakeholder environment – work as single point of contact for all Live and Game Pass related marketing in US
Be the US LIVE and Game Pass subject matter expert on the product and customer, working closely with global business group partners to deliver new products and programs
Understand product trends and seasonality
Provide forecasting and revenue reporting for US LIVE and Game Pass, drive scorecard accountability
Measure and optimize program results and provide insights from business metrics; evaluate key indicators such as ending subscriber balance, usage rates, churn, CLV, promotion lift, ARPU, revenue goals

Must be action and detail-oriented with broad knowledge of sales and marketing including solid experience working through multiple internal and external partners to achieve superior results. The ability to generate high-impact ideas, multi-task and manage projects under pressure along with an unwavering persistence, commitment, passion and optimism for this work is essential. The candidate should have extensive experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams, exceptional communication and presentation skills, proven track record in building highly effective interpersonal relationships, and ability to manage multiple projects on schedule and within budget. 5+ years product marketing experience preferably within a global, multi-brand company. Experience in planning and executing major product launches.
