The eCommerce & Digital Coordinator supports the marketing team by working to ensure the success and efficiency of our eCommerce environment. This Coordinator reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and will oversee items such as inventory updates, serve as a direct contact for customers, implement SEO best practices, ensure website changes and updates are made and will support the company’s overall digital eCommerce marketing initiatives. This Coordinator has direct experience working in an eCommerce environment and has some understanding of marketing automation.


-Perform daily merchandising tasks to grow online sales

-Support the Digital Marketing Manager on marketing and sales initiatives

-Work with website vendors for ongoing site development and marketing initiatives while minimizing vendor costs

-Manage inventory cycles for all product categories

-Track deliveries with Clothing and Merchandise Product Manager warehouse and update websites accordingly

-Review the weekly inventory report and remove obsolete/out of stock items

-Review and ensure daily inventory spreadsheets match inventory showing on eCommerce website

-Implement measurement plans that demonstrate delivery against business &initiative objectives, as well as support continuous improvement and optimization

-Perform regular website audits of eCommerce and consumer sites

-Monitor sales on a weekly basis, analyzing daily, weekly and monthly reports. Run any additional web metrics reporting as needed

-Liaise with customer service department with order issues and coupon redemption

-Collaborate with the marketing team to creatively and effectively market the company websites

-Perform all reconciliation needs

-Oversee promotional content on eCommerce and consumer websites; work directly with graphic designers to develop artwork for sites

-Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams

-Develop understanding of project management tools such as Jira and Asana

-Keep up-to-date on new technological developments, trends and opportunities,piloting and implementing emerging technologies for e-Commerce; sharing this knowledge across the department

-Analyze KPI’s and metrics to identify trends and recommend activity to generate sales growth and maximize conversion rates

-Oversee and help facilitate best practice for the on-boarding of new customers and product launch planning and execution


-Strong team-player mentality; Abilityto multi-task and manage workflow in a high-energy, collaborative, team-oriented environment

-2+ years experience in eCommerce or Marketing application management

-Significant experience with Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups and retail math-Positive attitude and sincere desire to grow and succeed

-Desire to develop a career in the eCommerce / Digital Marketing channel-Knowledge of SEO & SEM and related analytics

-Experience with – preferred

-Experience with Amazon and eBay systems – preferred

-Bachelor’s degree


-Motorcycle enthusiast, lover, and rider-Familiar with Zapier, MOZ, SEMRush, Raventools and backlink tools
