The Marketing Communication Manager develops, executes and evaluates marketing communications strategy, including all internal and external tools to support GTM objectives. The successful candidate will play an integral role in engaging the Henry Schein Animal Health customer base, and developing effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of Henry Schein Animal Health.
Develop and execute marketing communication strategies and launch planning to support segment leaders GTM strategies.
Budget and allocate resources for communication programs that align with market segment needs.
Develop and launch sales tools to support HSAH team in achieving growth goals.
Develop customer facing communication and tools to support segment GTM, aligned with HSAH branding and positioning to support revenue goals.
Own development and management of annual HSAH media kit.
Develop and manage written and visual marketing material for internal and external audiences.
Write, edit and proof communication for news releases, internal newsletters, videos etc.
Monitor effectiveness of marketing efforts through targeted research, surveys, financial outcome measurement, and market share analysis.
Provide creative guidance and key message development for various internal business groups.
Own brand standard development and enforcement across HSAH business. This includes advertising, collateral, promotional items, events, website, signage, etc.
Develop relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure proper messaging of brand and service offerings.
Own relationships with vendors, agencies and others within the industry including print vendors and marketing collateral site vendor.
Own HSAH magazine, catalog and other promotional collateral strategy in terms of creation/curation of content, key messaging and coordinating with segment managers advertising strategy.
Oversee public/media relations activities, as needed.
Own development and management of all HSAH corporate materials including presentations, collateral and advertising.
Direct management of marketing communication specialist and indirect management of other resources as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a closely related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
5 to 8 years of experience in market management, campaign development, and end-to-end ownership and successful delivery of a marketing communication strategy.
5+ years experience producing editorial content for marketing campaigns, publications, website, e-campaigns, advertising, social media, and mobile marketing.
Prior experience in development of sales and customer facing communication and tools required.
Graphic design experience with InDesign and Photoshop a plus
Demonstrated competency with content management database programs for print, digital, social, mobile platforms, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Photoshop and Indesign.
Effective copywriting, proofreading and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge and experience with graphic design and project management principles.
Proven ability to work in a high production environment with quick turnaround schedules.
Strong analytical, organization, and database skills
