We are looking for an internet savvy person to assist in daily digital marketing tasks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; reporting and copywriting. By interning for us you will learn a great deal about digital marketing and how it places an important role in fashion retail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintain and update routine reporting pulled from various data sources.
  • Monitor and analyze competitive landscape.
  • Create share worthy content for the VENUS social channels and blog.
  • Work with creative team to request digital assets
  • Prepare and upload digital assets for Display and Paid Social advertising
  • Assist cross-functional teams on various projects

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently as well as cross-functionally.
  • Must have the ability to take direction and complete a variety of tasks that will support the Digital Experience Team’s deadlines
  • Must be willing to learn and effectively apply skills related to digital marketing.
  • Prior experience with Google’s Search Console, Bing’s Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics and SEM Rush is a plus.
  • Prior work experience with Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) a plus.
  • Have experience or the willingness to write short, snappy blog posts or marketing and product copy related to women’s fashion.
  • Be an excellent self-editor with extra attention to detail.
