Job description

We’re looking for a smart, customer service focused person to help our customers with daily issues: answering questions about features, integrations, creating newsletters and managing subscribers. Moreover, you will be reviewing customer accounts to make sure they comply with our anti-spam policy.

Communication with customers is by email and chat. Delivering WOW through customer support is our main value, check all our company values here.

You could work from our awesome office in Vilnius or remote. Whatever works best for you. We’re using bunch of tools, like Slack, Trello and 15five, to be connected and feel like a team.

Working hours: 8AM-4PM CST. Saturday/Sunday every once in a while (5 days/week in total).


  • Fluent English (any other languages, especially Russian, Lithuanian and Spanish would be a big advantage, don’t forget to mention them)
