We are hiring a talented, data-driven Customer Success Manager to focus on the success and growth of our existing customers. You will be our customers biggest fan internally and work towards boosting their adoption and use of — as well as their success with — our product. You will keep them up-to-date on the latest strategies and features as well and grow the customer account multifold.

We expect to see:

  • 4+ years of experience
  • Must have handled tech products in the past
  • Experience in HR technology products is preferred
  • Technology, Engineering, BFSI etc.
  • Good communication skills

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee customer Support team including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Build and manage client relationships
  • Work closely with customers on product adoption, ensuring SLAs and overall success of implementations
  • Educate our customer base about our new products and their benefits
  • Oversee preparation of user manuals, training materials and FAQs
  • Advocate internally that all teams solve for the customer
  • Ensure timely contract renewals
  • Map new and upcoming opportunities and work towards closing of identified opportunities
