The Senior Director, Content Marketing will lead B2B content strategy for CVS Health key audiences including Payors, Providers, Health Systems and Pharma. This is a broad ranging and high impact role managing creative content direction, production, and execution, while ensuring business objectives are met by delivering high-quality, effective, and innovative creative content work.
The ideal candidate is a digitally-savvy content professional with a mix of strategic skills, the ability to create unique and differentiating content types, use data to shape content decisions, operating excellence, and the know-how to implement end to end processes to maximize content engagement outcomes.
This leader will help lead the evolution of the PBM Marketing’s strategy and execution across the buyer’s journey using content creation, digital design and execution approach across range of content asset types. Effectively managing and developing the in-house team of brand journalists, content strategists, as well as working with outside agency partners to support the evolution, is critical to success. This individual will need to have an incredible passion and desire to lead, inspire, and evolve a content strategy vision for CVS Health. They will need to be a champion, advocate and influencer communicating with senior leadership, PBM Marketing and Sales how strategically-produced content can be a differentiator for client experience and business outcomes. They will lead and inspire teams of content creators to enhance company’s profile, build audience engagement, and influence client and prospect behavior.
– 15+ years of demonstrated B2B marketing experience, managing interdisciplinary content teams, within a technology, professional services, or healthcare industry.
– 5+ years of experience managing and leading teams for multi-channel content creation.
– 5+ years of experience managing content creation and marketing across a diverse set of B2B audiences.
– Master’s degree is preferred
Bachelor’s degree is required; equivalent work experience may substitute.
